It should be a goal but not in legislation

I'm afraid that I believe if you were born
with a penis, you are a man.
If not, you are a woman.
If I identify as a giraffe, I do not expect
anyone to see me as a giraffe.
Are there any potential barriers to the implementation of the
Bill’s provisions? If so, what are they, and are they
adequately taken into account in the Bill and the accompanying
Explanatory Memorandum and Regulatory Impact Assessment?
The bill is a nonsense.
Are any unintended consequences likely to arise from the
Bill?
Yes. It may please a few people and tick a few
government boxes. However, the majority of people will have even
less faith in its elected personel.
What are your views on the Welsh Government’s assessment
of the financial and other impacts of the Bill?
The government is already a leaking cash ship.
The amount of waste is unbelievable, whilst important things are
ignored (Welsh NHS etc).
What are your views on the balance between the information
contained on the face of the Bill and what is left to subordinate
legislation? Are the powers for Welsh Ministers to make subordinate
legislation appropriate?
It is an absolute nonsense that should be
buried.

competence of the Senedd including compatibility with the European
Convention on Human Rights?
I have more views on the Senedd than I have
time left on the earth! Few of them are positive.

Yes. Awful.

Get around to what really improves the whole
nation's quality of life instead of this nonsense.
